OK, the title is a little overstated. Even so, this treasury of desserts from Bon Appetit is unique among cookbooks for those who have an incurable sweet tooth (like me -- don't tell my wife, although she has probably figured it out already)! The variety and breadth of recipes is impressive. I might suggest selecting one a month to try out as a special dessert, unless you have a secret desire to throw caution to the wind and come to an early end, very much living on the plump side of the clothing store.
