Not what I had hoped for
Perhaps I missed the piece - that the autograph from Ann was a card loose in the book - the pictures were true to claim but I really did not find the recipes to my taste and surprisingly did not find one that I am dying to try - good price and quality and arrived very quickly -

Interesting recipes from a great chef.
Anne can give confidence even to a beginning cook. She tells you why things should be done that way. I love her insistence that you learn how to season your food properly. To me this is the single biggest mistake that most of us home cooks makes. Oh yeah, and don't overcook, it's "just sad"!I recommend this product.

Anne is a lot like me - assertive and no-nonsense. I even wear my hair like her! This book is easy-to-follow and has great ideas for small plates and appetizers, but mostly the tips and techniques will keep you sane in your kitchen.I recommend this product.
