Crispy crust

I bought this specifically for a no-knead bread recipe. It works well and I get a loaf-shaped loaf rather than the round thing I was getting using a casserole dish. I wish it had handles on the bottom piece; it's rather awkward/hazardous getting the hot dish in and out of the oven.

This is my second order for the French Bread Baker so I can make two loaves at once. The bread comes out with a wonderful crust and never sticks at all.
