I used it for blending my sweet potatoes. It work wonderful. It was alot simpler than pulling out the big blender and alot faster. I love, love, love it.

I make lots of soups, sauces, gravies in winter months....think I can't live without my "BOAT MOTOR!" If is beautiful and will enjoy using it, I know. I make gravy for my bassets every morning! Use olive oil and whole wheat flour so it is a little more healthy! Buckley won't eat his food without my gravy!

I prefer making most thing from scratch. I love using this for salsas. I make salsa several times a week. I used to use my blender when I was in a hurry. I prefered to chop everything because I don't like thin salsa. Now I use my hand blender. It is so much better. You have so much more control with the consistency. My daughter loves to make smoothies with this. We use it daily.

One day I received a "E" mail stating my order was canceled and there were no back orders. The next day I received an "E"mail stating it was shipped. I didn't understand but I finally got the merchandise,same price that the local dept store was selling it and I had to pay postage. It was no bargain

At that time I was making salsa by the 100 pints. Wanted something to smooth down some of the bigger clumps. Was glad to see these being used on the Food Network. Anyway thank you for putting them on sale. Now all my girls will have one for Christmas.
