I was looking for a smaller version but after searching for almost 2 years I purchased this one. It does a great job with big cubes but smaller cues not so much. It's not excessively noisey and I really like the ease of the tray removal

This is a quality appliance. The fit and finish are great! The only improvement that I would like to see it the ability to put more ice cubes in at at time for crushing. They get blocked up if you do more than two or three at a time. This is time consuming.
The ice crushes at just the right size and care and maintenance of the appliance is really easy.

We ordered the ice crusher and it worked very well. However, my husband was hoping for smaller pieces of ice, so we returned the item for a full refund minus shipping. Our overall experience with this company was great!
