This was a Christmas gift for a daughter who is a Pastry Chef. I have not used the product so I can only truly rate you as a supplier. You all got the product to me on Christmas Eve and that makes you and A+ supplier for me. I will certainly look at you when I order something in the future.

I am very satisfied with the preformance of the processor very easy to operate. I love the large capacity it makes prepration time cut in half, another great feature is the wide feed tube, the brushed stainless look is very nice to keep on the counter.
