Great slicer

Cuts through any kind of cheese easily. The slot is a bit off so that the wire does not fit in the last half of it unless you bend it a bit. Cheese does get stuck in slot so it is necessary to clean it out with a brush after each use. Takes a bit of practice to get a thin slice but the wire is very firm unlike hand held ones that bend easily. Cheese cuts off without any hunks on bottom which is great. Nice for making larger slices or cubes.

Love this item. Even slices every time! I hated those hand held slicers that are uneven and a pain to clean. Will never use another style slicer!

My husband and I had a similar cheese slicer that lasted many years. When it finally became unusable, we began the search for a new one. We could not find one in any of the stores so I began to look on line. Of course Rachel had not just one, but 3 different types available. I chose this one because it most resembled the one we had in the past. We were NOT disappointed! My husband was completely thrilled on Father's Day when he opened his gift...it was used right away and worked perfectly!

Cheese Slicer

My old cheese slicer finally bit the dust. It was over 15 years old. Looked around for one similar and found this one. It does an excellent job.

This cheese slicer works great. Nothing fancy but does the job. I keep it on my counter so I can use it.

have'nt used a lot but seems to cut through nice and clean. clean up is not to bad, i just use an old tooth brush.
