My new favorite skillet!!! This baby is amazing!!!! The matte finish makes cast iron cooking so much easier!! Seared center cut pork chops and finished in the oven and they turned out perfect!!! Hight recommend!!! Le Creuset forever for me!!

any le creuset is expensive, so i only buy on sale. i have a flat-top stove and have to replace my cast-iron pan. i'm told i can't use it so i bought this one. it's just like cast iron, although a little smaller. works well, heats evenly. very satisfied with the product.

Its a beautiful Pan. My cornbread came out delicious. The pot was a little big for my cornbread recipe, but it still tasted good.

The skillet works beautifully with frying chicken, pork chops, etc., but it is very heavy; although this is to be expected with a cast iron skillet.
