I love the silicone!! Nothing sticks to it and no food residue when u wash it. Love how u can remove from handle to wash and the handle never gets hot while cooking!!!

We treated ourselves to our first Le Cruset piece of cookware this Christmas and the large spoon was a "must have" I put it in hubby's stocking. We have used it non stop since. Love the tool.
