I made a loaf of banana bread and it came out great ! Can't wait to try a meatloaf in this pan. Also cleans up easily.

This loaf pan is great for breads. It makes a great crust, requires no release agent, and once a loaf cools, it is hard to tell anything was ever baked in it. Clean up is a snap.

This product must be a "second" as it's sides are "bowed in" and it does not nest with the other two I bought. It is okay for cooking but not storage.

I have gradually been adding to my Le Creuset collection and I'm delighted to finally have a loaf pan. I am not fond of the usual metal pans, and now I have a loaf pan that is pretty enough to bring to the table.
