Delightful Item!

This garlic baker is extremely well-made, and the "squeezer" is a clever addition beyond what one usually expects for standard, ceramic or stoneware baker sets. It took a little getting used to, but now that technique is mastered, the roasted garlic heads produced are without comparison. We like cast iron, and are used to its care, this may not be for everyone, but is very worth the minimal extra effort. We grow and enjoy garlic regularly, so this product is a real delight for our family! Thanks for offering it!
