The structure of this pan is far better than I ever expected. (of course anything supporting and still following Paula Deen would be nothing but the best). The size, coating inside, the quality used in this pan are outstanding.

I haven't used my pan yet, but it seems so sturdy. It's a beautiful color. Plan on using it before long.

I haven't used this pan yet but just by looking at it it is very heavy and it comes apart and goes back together very easily.
