I absolutely love the pans, only wish that the entire handle was rubber coated, they get VERY hot if touched and that is why I returned a different brand set, when I odered these I couldn't tell that they were not totally coated to keep cool. Love the bonus all purpose pan as it's handles are coated. Would hate to load the entire set up to return it but will have to warn anyone helping in the kitchen about the hot handles.

The set got here faster than promised and in great condition. I absolutely love my new cook ware and feel like it is worth every penny! The first thing we cooked was pork chops breaded in Italian bread crum. We used the satue pan to sear on the stove and then transferred them to the oven. We didn't need oil or butter of any kind. Nothing stuck to the pan and they were the juiciest pork chops I've ever made! Thank you calphalon!
