I got the 7 inch chef's knife set as a gift for my cousin. She has had them now for a month and has called me four times to tell me how great these knives are and how happy she is with them.

I don't have a lot of experience with good knives, I decided I finally wanted to bite the bullet and buy good quality for a good price and these were recommended by America's Test Kitchen. Absolutely love them! I don't know now why I waited so long for good knives. These make my everyday cooking more enjoyable.
