This is by far the best wok I have ever owned. I used to have one of those flimsy ones with the separate ring underneath, that always either burned the food or required way more oil than I wanted to keep it from sticking everywhere. This wok is nonstick on the inside and cast iron beneath the surface, so that it is virtually non-stick with just a little oil. The heat is very even throughout, and it can even be used on a somewhat higher temperature than some non-stick woks (such as medium-high) without fear of surface damage.
The size is perfect for larger meals, no concern that the ingredients will spill over the sides as you stir it. I just love its look, its capacity, and its ease of both cooking and cleaning.
