What was I thinking?

When I saw the ad I thought, "What a great deal!" but when it came in the mail, the box was tiny and I thought there's no way that two bakers could be in the box. I opened it and my husband actually laughed out loud. Maybe if you hardly eat anything and you live alone, it's big enough to cook something (I'm talking about the larger one), but the little one is a joke. They look cute and that's about it.

This item is very very small. In the order form it looked much much bigger than what it was. It was too exensive for the size.

the best in cooking and cleaning

Le Creuset is the very best when it comes to cooking, whether it be macaroni or potatoes, caseroles or you name it, the outcome is superb everytime. Cleanup is as simple as, pardon the pun, pie. It is the easiest of all cookware to clean no matter how baked on the food is. The product.......simply wonderful.

Baking dishes are great quality but much smaller than anticipated. The shipping price negates the good deal.

Not sure what use these would be for me. The dimensions are provided in the description, but I didn't think they would be as small as they are. I cannot really use them and they are expensive for the small size. And, shipping is not worth the price on these. Very disappointed!

Was excited to see the offer for a bonus baker dish, and love both sizes. I have already used the small one a couple of times. It is just perfect for small meals or reheating a small amount of food for just one portion. Great value, great dishes!

Although the product is very nice I am disappointed on the size. It does not measure the 10.5 in X 7 inches indicated, it is much smaller. I tried every way possible to figure out the measurements, but cannot come up with the 10.5 X 7 size. My 8X10 baking dishes are bigger than this one.

I like the single serving to use when someone can't eat exactly what others do. The medium size is good for two people.That is what I'll use more.
A larger size would be a great thing to have also.

Good kitchen basic

I purchased this set along with the larger one that was sold. The three make a great trio for just about any baked dish, from a small side dish to a large lasagna. Very easy to clean - just soak and use a dish brush(no steel wool!). I have other Le Creuset pieces and i love them!

This cookware is a JOKE it is the size for a child's first cookware. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product. What the hell can you possibly bake in a pan this small. This is ridiculous.

Small but works great for family of 4

I purchased this then panicked after I got deeper into the reviews about the small size. My husband convinced me open them when they came instead of refusing them. I am glad he did. The larger one holds a box of Betty crocker scallopped pots just fine, clean up is an absolute breeze! I use the smaller one for baked apples, heated up dips, etc. The larger one for lasagna- we get tired of eating it for 4 days in a row. This is a great size for 2 of us- kids are picky and won't eat it- with one day of leftovers. I will say the price is a bit high. I'd say $10 less would be very fair. Overall we love these and the clean up has been so easy and they stay looking like new. I am glad I opened them.

I was surprised to see that this Le Creuset piece was made in Taiwan. nothing in the specifications suggested that ir wasnt made in France. So far, I am happy with my purchase but only time and repeated use will tell if the taiwanese piece lives up to the reputation of LeCreuset.

Looks were deceiving

I ended up returning this because when I received it in the mail, it was much smaller than it looked. The large baker would have only baked a small cake. The quality looked like typical Le Creuset quality, but the size wasn't very practical.
