Shrimp and Snow Peas are coming up on my menu very soon. I have an old Weber Grill Book and the recipe has been made by myself many times. It's a real winner. This Wok will handle the recipe easily. I purchased long handled tools for use with the Wok

great wok. I like the glass lid so you can see whats going on without lifting the lid off. Keeps the heat even. Would purchase this again

I have used just about every wok available, and this is by far the best one. It stirfrys and browns perfectly, looks good, and cleans up with just a paper towel. It can get a little slippery when running under the faucet though and is a tad heavy. I use cold pressed coconut oil which is unflavored, heated in the bottom of the wok and it works great.

This is by far the best wok I have ever owned. I used to have one of those flimsy ones with the separate ring underneath, that always either burned the food or required way more oil than I wanted to keep it from sticking everywhere. This wok is nonstick on the inside and cast iron beneath the surface, so that it is virtually non-stick with just a little oil. The heat is very even throughout, and it can even be used on a somewhat higher temperature than some non-stick woks (such as medium-high) without fear of surface damage.
The size is perfect for larger meals, no concern that the ingredients will spill over the sides as you stir it. I just love its look, its capacity, and its ease of both cooking and cleaning.
