A great addition to the kitchen. I don't know why we waited so long. Yes, it costs a bit; that said, it will last forever, and skipping a couple of nice meals out will pay for it.

I just bought this French Oven from Le Creuset and I already love it. It heats up really fast and cooks evenly. Definitely my favorite thing I have in my kitchen right now.

I always wanted a Le Creuset 5.5 quart Dutch Oven. I don't know how I cooked without one before. I made Coq Au Vin yesterday and it was excellent.
