This is a great pan. I've only used it a few times but can already tell the difference between it and my lower quality pans. It is a nice heavy weight, heats evenly and cleans up easily. I bought it to replace my old teflon non-stick.
One of the small features that I really like is that the rivets from the handles do not go into the pan. Food would often get stuck around these rivets on my old pans (Calphalon). It wasn't super hard to clean but without them it's one quick sweep.
While this pan is expensive I think it's worth the money. I think it will last longer than my other skillets making it most cost effective in the long run.
Bonus review: We had a guest cook come to our house and make a mushroom and leek wine consomme in this pan. Being mainly a BBQ dude he was afraid of using my nice skillet. I said knock yourself out and he loved it. He said it was the best pan he had ever used and loved melting the butter - no sticking or bubbling!
Overall, this is an excellent skillet. I plan to buy more pans in the line.
