Fabulous Cookware

I purchased this piece along with several All-Clad LTD pots and pans to replace some Berndes cookware that I used for several years. The Chantal product is not only beautifully designed, produces fabulous braises, and is easy to clean up. I wish that I had purchased more of this wonderful cookware. You get all the advantages of cookware with a copper core, but not the weight associated with copper cookware.
