Was actually looking for a mid sized salad bowel and gave this one a shot, it works perfect for a nice salad not to big and not too small.

This is just the right size bowl for salads and pasta. The high quality ceramics by Emile Henry add to the everyday use of this bowl for many serving uses. Easy to clean and it is not subject to utensil scratches.

I ws watching "Racheal Ray" show and she was using a yellow mug,it took some
time to find them ,and WOW there bowls also they brighten any day. To make
my daughters happy,daughter-in-law, had to make more orders!!!!

I like the bowls very much. They are a nice medium-size alternative to the monster pasta dishes and tiny cereal bowls. The are solid, keep food nice and hot, and don't heat up too much in the microwave.

These bowls are too heavy for our use & they chip easily if not used with care .
