the product is an excellent one, however the shipping was slow, one of the dishes arrived broken and while i was told i would get a replacement, none has been sent and it has been weeks and customer service is not returning my emails.

I started to buy a cheap set of red dishes at a local store lots cheaper but i pulled up Paula Deen website and i saw these dishes and i Knew i had to have this.. The difference in these and the cheaper ones is night and day. I love ALL my Paula Deen cookware, now dishes and i order the platter and i cook her cookbooks, I LOVE PAULA

This set is beautiful and useful and frankly, is worth the price. The color and glaze is perfect. This is iconic American design and they are actually still made in the USA so it is nice to know you are supporting an American company and jobs. I highly recommend this. By the way, they are very durable.
