    Great little processor

    by Debra, CO
    December 17, 2011

I had a name brand large food processor that hated me! It would never work for me, and was extremely frustrating! I bought this one because I believed a small processor was all I needed in most situations and I trust the Kitchen Aid brand. It is easy to use, just the right size for most jobs without emptying and refilling, easy to clean, and looks nice in my new kitchen. It LIKES ME!

    Perfect Size!

    by Rikki Lee, NY

I held off from getting a food processor because they take up so much space. I loved this smaller one at first sight, but was afraid it would be too small. Definitely not! I fit an entire can of chickpeas and almost two cups of packed basil in the bowl. I like how a single piece of garlic can be chopped without getting pushed to the side like in a bigger processor. I always wanted a Magic Bullet, but read mixed reviews about them breaking, so this was a good alternative. I have a Kitchenaid mixer and blender, and have never had issues with either.

Works great but a little akward

    by Billie, NM
    February 11, 2012

It works great and I like it, but had to give it a 4 because it's akward to use. the controls are in the back. Also I can't tell any difference between the pulse and the chop features. But it's the exact right size I need and the bowl holds as much as I need with no leakage. I'm a very casual cook, but I use it for chopping when making chinese food and soups. It's also very helpful when I have too many onions and green peppers left over - I chop them all up and freeze them in a zip bag, then just take out a handful of frozen whenever I need. It's a very attractive little chopper. I like it and will keep it. I have a big brand new food processor that is on the shelf in my clothes closet which I never use because it's just way too big for me and for my casual cooking. But I will get loads of use out of this little chopper.

When you can make salsa, rinse, then make guacamole in the same appliance~that's all it takes to become a super-star in our home!
This chopper is larger than my last model and works much better. It is perfect for small batches.
To clean, simply wipe down the base and toss the rest into the dishwasher! Easy clean-up is a huge plus. I am more likely to use an appliance if it doesn't require a lot of work on my part to do so.

My husband said it's chops great

    by Linda, CA
    November 12, 2012

My husband (who is an excellent cook and cooks for our parties) loves to cook. We've had food choppers before but they ended up being given away. He really likes how good and easy it is to use, it chops the way he likes, he feels he has better control with it. He doesn't think he'll be giving this one away.

I really like this food chopper. I was concerned that it would be too small but This one is the perfect size, works great and is very easy to clean. Additionally, it is very easily to get the chopped food out.

This product is fine for what it is. It gets the job done, a little noisy and not as heavy as I would like-it jumps around on the counter

    Not what I expected

    by Toby , MD
    February 6, 2013

I found the food processor to be difficult to open and close and so I never even tried to put any food products into it to see how well it would process anything. I felt that if I had so much trouble opening and closing the top with clean dry hands, then it would most likely to be more difficult if my hands were wet. I returned the unused processor within a few days after receiving it.
