She explains everything she does with such ease that you want to be your best in the kitchen. Her cookbook is very easy to read and not intimidating for the "beginner", which I so appreciate. She is an excellent chef and instructor, makes you want to sit on the edge of your chair, take notes and get into the kitchen!!! Look forward to cooking like a rock star! Thank you Anne!!

Just wish it was spiral bound, so that it would lay flat. Great information, and passion in this book. Love it. Thank you Anne for a great book.

She gives you everything you need to know to really be your own chef in your kitchen. I just made her spicy chickpea soup and her suggestion for using the dried beans instead of canned and it was perfect. I especially like the pictures in "Rock Star."

The book stresses the importance of getting everything ready before you start. WAY TO GO GIRL!!!!YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR and good luck on Iron Chef.

I love her frankness. I'm partial maybe because I'm from upstate New York too. (Rochester) I'm rooting for her in NIC.

She clearly knows what she is doing in the kitchen and communicates her skills well to her audience. Her food is interesting, very tasty and her cooking tips are valuable even to an experienced home cook. The book reflects her talents in the varied recipes, ease of use and high quality of the finished product. I wish her show were on either in the evening or late in the day. There is no one else on the food chanel who knows how to cook as well as she does and her presence would add a higher quality to the offerings of mainly recipe followers.
