Anne makes whatever she cooks fun and easy. One can tell that she absolutely enjoys what she does and that makes her "a happy, happy girl". Anne explains cooking terms and techniques and drops helpful hints along the way. Her recipes are easy to follow. Would love to meet this chef in person, just so I can hear her call the ingredients those cute, endearing names..."come here, my little babies". Love Anne Burrell and love her recipes.

I was so excited when I received her cookbook. And when I opened the book and found her autograph, it made it more precious to me. The writing and recipes are so easy to follow. I love her extra little hints. This is one my favorite cookbooks! I'm looking forward to getting more!

Because of the way she explains things I nailed my mid-term and can't wait to try more out of the cookbook. Thank you Anne!!!

I've already made 2 of the recipes and I've only had the book a week. I thought the book was a great value: packed with soooo much useable information and offered at a fantastic price. Chef Anne - I'm a fan! Good job, girl! You go!

Even someone who has no experience in the kitchen should be able to follow her recipes to an end product of a successful dish. It is by far the best cookbook I have, and trust me when I say that is no small feat. I have already tried 3 of the recipies and other than leaving out some the heat (red pepper flakes) they were awesome. I really had fun with them Thank You Chef Anne. Colette Woodworth

There were a lot of recipes that I didn't even know what she was talking about cause I'd never heard of some of the ingred that were in the recipes. Didn't have most of the items on hand. Just wasn't too impressed with the cookbook. I really enjoy her show because she fun to watch.

But, how am I going to learn anything if I don't try something new? Nothing adventured nothing gained I say. Can't wait to try some of these recipes. :)

Fans of Food Network will recognize Burrell's breezy, witty, irreverent style and may begin hearing her voice in the helpful hints and anecdotes that pepper this well-written, nicely illustrated book. Rock on!
