I am an avid cooking light magazine fan. I thought I would enjoy a years worth of recipes, but I can't stadn the way it is organized. It is organized by month rather than type of recipe....I will not buy another one!

Otherwise, it's a great cookbook for everyday use. I've been amazed at how great every recipe has turned out so far. I use this book in addition to others from the same series. I use it to plan my weekly menu and I shop at the local farmer's market. We've been doing this cooking at home for about 6 weeks. It feels great to provide healthy meals at home without the concern of excess fat and salt in our food.
