I read through the book as soon as it arrived. Only one or two recipes appealed to me at all, and I haven't had the urge to try any of them. I guess it's a matter of taste, but I would not have bought this book had I looked through it before purchase.

This book is magnificent. Lots of great ideas to choose from- I already made two of the recipes and they came out great. I think this book will make a steaming novice an expert in no time. Would recommend for anyone learning how to use a steamer or anyone looking for great new recipes.
