It"s nice to have butter that you can spread. Trying to spread cold butter is almost impossible. This is a great product and I really enjoy it.

I have used butterballs for years to store and serve butter. The butter will not stay inserted in the top of this one and I am very disappointed.

I really like the idea of having softened butter available and that there is not a messy butter dish lid to clean every time one uses the dish.

I have wanted one of these for some time. It is nice to have soft butter instead of rock hard out of the refrigerator.
