For professional culinarians and home cooks alike, this dvd is a definite must to add to your collection. Chef Ferran Adria has been considered to be the most innovative and inspiring chef during our time. As a fan of his work, watching Ferran Adria show and explain to you his philosophy about food and the science behind his creativness and methodology is really something to be inspired about.
Watching how he attempts to break through classical boundaries with the uses of foams and gelatins, it's amazing as to the types of dishes that he and his team comes up with. A spaghetti noodle made entirely of parmesean cheese, frozen foie gras powder served with hot foie gras consomme that won't melt into a slush. Some of these items would have you wondering just how the mind of Ferran works, and how can he come up with stuff like this. This dvd is a great way to introduce yourself to Ferran and learn a bit more about the most sought after chef of our time.
