Awesome. I Love beef jerky. Easy to use, even for the novice. And jerky comes out tasting like it was made by a professional, for a fraction of the cost.

This is ok for a beginner, or as a first dehydrator. I like the square shape better than round ones. The downsides to this product are that it does not have an on/off switch (you have to unplug it to turn it off) and it doesn't have a timer.

The only negative I have is that there is no on/off control - the only way to turn it off is to unplug it.

We use an older less sophisticated dehydrator. The old one makes jerky better for our taste. It was returned to the company.
