I gave the cakestand as a gift and my sister relly like it- especially the look of it. I liked it so much I might buy myself one. A little bit more expensive than other similar products, but overall, it's worth it. The only thing I was really disappointed in was how long it took for it to arrive- over two weeks!!

This is a nice addition to my cake stand collection. The dome is tall enough to handle a really tall cake. Only wish is it made of glass instead of plastic. The cake stand reminds me of eating at the counter of

Plastic lid

I love the look of this cake stand, the only problem I have is that after I screwed the handle on, the plastic cracked. Now I have a brand new cake stand with a crack in it.
I may have tighten to hard, it didn't appear to be too tight, you have to tighten it so that the handle doesn't wiggle. Jackie in Virginia

I love the way this product presents a cake. It makes the cake the focal point of a dessert table. I also love the lightweight cover. Some cake stand covers weigh a ton and are breakable. This one is light to pick up and easy to clean. I also like the way a full size cake plate fits on the stand. A great product!!

I looked at several other cake stands with lids and none had the height that I was looking for. This cake stand height has more than enough room for a 3 layer cake and should be fine for a 4 layer cake as well. I really do love this cake stand. It will hold a very large cake. The top is really clear. It also is very stable, when you have a cake on it. I belive that this cake stand would look great on anyones table. I would by this cake stand again.It would make a great gift for your loved ones.

A Diner classic.

It feels like I'm in the 50's with this cake stand.

Another places that I have checked had it for a higher place. But I knew on Cooking.com it was more in price range and decided to purchase it.

Haven't tried it out yet, doing it this weekend for Easter, baking a cake. The only thing that I don't like that it is not dish washer safe.

But other than that, its a dream and I love it.

Favorite Cake Stand

Was leary about the plastic lid, but very attractive, lightweight, and large enough to accommodate large cake or pie. I've had many cake stands but this is my fav.

Classic Cake Stand with Cover

I ordered this for my wife for Christmas, because she specifically wanted it. It arrived about 3-5 days later, and she loves it. It's made well, and the cover is large enough to fit taller cakes and baked goods, which is what she was looking for. The classic diner-style look is nice too.

Lightweight and durable

Bought this after being unable to find a cake stand that wasn't made of glass (therefore too heavy and fragile) and was large enough for larger cakes (i.e., 9 inch round or more). It does what I need it to and I like how you can unscrew the foot for storage. Pity it isn't dishwasher safe but that's pretty minor at the end of the day.

I was disappointed that the dome was not glass but it's probably just as well. Very sleek and stylish on the kitchen counter.

I love my cake stand. My cousin liked it so much that I purchased one for her for her birthday. Now another cousin fell in love with it so I will be placing an order for it soon. We feel like rocking and rolling we look at it. It makes every cake we bake look extra special.
