Patrick and Gina Neely are owners of Neely’s Bar-B-Que in Memphis and Nashville and hosts of the Food Network series Down Home with the Neelys. They have been married since 1994 and live in Memphis with their two daughters (and scores of other kin nearby).
Since they are personal favorites of ours, my husband and I have anxiously awaited the release of a cookbook by the Neely's. We have spent many hours reading the book and trying out several of the mouth-watering recipes included. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the book to others. Perfect for people just begining to cook or anyone. I would recomend it to anyone. I love it and hope to get more of Down home with the neelys.

Pat and Gina are wonderful hosts-I feel as though I've known them for years. They are just good down to earth people. Their cook book is just as fantabulous as their show! Yes | No Report Violation »With the business of the holidays I haven't had much time to read or make any of these recipes yet, although I watch and have made numerous Neely recipes in the past. I especially enjoyed reading about how they met and how they got to their current destination. I didn't expect this in the book, but thoroughly enjoyed the personalization of it. I love watching these two interact...it reminds me of my husband and I.........enjoying each other...enjoying life.
