Packaging Complaint

I wasn't sure if the size of this bowl would be large enough to be useful, but was pleasantly surprised. Love it and will now order some for my daughters-in-laws. I'm keeping this one for myself! HOWEVER ... if this would have been a gift, I would have had difficulty wrapping it in a manner to keep it from breaking. It was NOT IN A BOX ... simply inserted in a styrofoam form and packed with the other two products (which were in separate boxes) inside the packing box. This is the second order I have received from RR in which part of my order was inserted in open styrofoam. Previously, I received a lasagna pan packaged that way. I know they come in boxes at stores so wonder why mine wasn't. I assume packers chose to do it that way for some reason. If I order several for gifts, I really want them to come in boxes. How does one wrap these products when they aren't properly packaged? Don't know how to make sure this happens. WOULD LIKE FEEDBACK on this. With the amount of money customers are paying for RR Products, one should be able to expect them arriving boxed.

I really like this bowl. Just the right size for serving side dishes with meals and just the right weight for easy handling. Of course love the handles for safety. One a little bigger would be great too.

Love the bowls with handles. I actually love all of Rachel's products with the handles. I have arthritis in both hands badly and these bowls and baking dishes of Rachel's help me not to drop and break anything! Also love the colors! They go with ME!

I love the eggplant color. The bowl is perfect for many uses. I can't wait for new colors such as blue white or ? I love to mix & match her colors. The handles are so comfortable to manipulate. These dishes clean so easily. They are as good if not better than the cleanabilty of the corning products.

Let me start with I love Rachel's line of bake ware it's stylish and I love the fact that she added the eggplant color to her line. I try to buy her stuff when it's on sale because I think it's a bit pricey. This is the first Serving item that I have purchased, I thought the bowl was kind of small for the price but I still love it.

I love the stoneware and really wanted this bowl for my wedding registry. I was super excited when I saw it on Rachael Ray's website and it was cheaper here than anywhere else. The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is because the bowl was smaller than it seemed in the picture. It was small for a serving bowl and for the price, I would expect it to be bigger. I know the dimensions were listed but still smaller than expected. I have bought all her other stoneware and are very pleased. I will say this bowl is good due to multipurpose uses and being able to go to the oven, microwave, table, freezer and dishwasher.

The bowls red color does not match other RR products and is much smaller than I realized. I am usually 100% satisfied with RR products having a kitchen full of them however, this time I was very disappointed.
