Bought this in orange to match a Mario Batali casserole/baking dish I have, and they are close enough in color. I was a little apprehensive about the purchase, thinking this would be a flimsy plastic bowl. So once it arrived I was surprised at how heavy, sturdy, and high-quality it is. And it can even go in the oven and dishwasher. Absolutely love this. The large size & sturdiness is perfect for a doublebatch of my (and my guests') favorite Asian noodle salad.

I received several RR pieces for Christmas and wanted to add this to my collection...thought it was a standard sized salad bowl, I was soooo wrong. This is an oversized bowl that is very beautifully made. I love it.

the bowl is nice. I did not realize how big it was and it is heavy for me. I threw out the box before i realized I should have returned it. for a family this is a great bowl, and for the younger people it would not be heavy but for me I will most likely not use it much in the years to come. there is nothing wrong with it, just for the older generation could use one a bit smaller.

I love the color of this huge salad bowl. It is very heavy like the rest of the baking set , which I have also. The set is pricey but I love it just the same.

I love the Rachael Ray salad bowl I just bought! It's large enough for my big family or for entertaining and the fact that I can throw it in the dishwasher is definitely a plus! My only complaint is that it wasn't available in blue!

This bowl is not only beautiful, but one of the most functional bowls that I have ever used. The size is awsome for mixing, serving, and cooking. Dont let the sheer size fool you, it is not bulky or overly heavy at all. Very durable, highly useful, and beautiful just to look at. I have given one to my friend as a gift, and got rave reviews.

a few marks on it not happy that its not perfect has a few air bubbles and cause of that color is off in those areas

This is such a pretty bowl and I like the size too. My only problem with this is I left it on my table and my cat has taken to it as a bed.

I love this bowl. Not only is it huge, but it is stylish. The handles that are built in to the bowl make it easy to move. It will fit in to any table decor. You won't regret this purchase. ( I purchased this from Rachel's web site while it was on sale....terrific value!)
