Green Lazy Spoon Set

by patricia, PA
December 3, 2010

The first thing I noticed was that they were extremely heavy and not at all pliable. I didn't remove them from the package so I don't know if they would grip different sized pots. The main reason they are being returned is because they were to be a gift for my sister who is left handed and this set could not be used by a "leftie."

That Rachael Ray knows what she's doing. These worked great over Thanksgiving; keeping the counter clean and uncluttered while still having a spoon handy. Bought a set for my daughter, also.

too heavy, where to store?

by Julie, WV
January 20, 2010

the lazy spoon seems to be a smart choice, but it is so heavy it doesn't balance well, and so large, where do you store it? the resin also is difficult to clean, especially of oils.

Lazy Spoon Set

by Bette, FL
February 14, 2010

Found the spoon and ladel set heavier than I would like them to be and they do not rest on the side of my pots like I always see on the Rachael Show which prompted me to buy them. Disappointed in purchase.

Lazy spoon and ladle set

by Rebecca, NC
March 15, 2010

Love the product but again the shipping was not appropriate for the product. Thirteen dollars + in addition to the 20 dollar product made the set not worth the money. And again......sorry.

Please with the ordering process.

by Marilyn, WI
December 21, 2009

I ordered four sets of the RR spoons. I had tried to order them weeks before and found that they had sold out so when I saw they were available again so I ordered them. They came very well packaged and look like strong utensils which is what I had hoped they would be. I am pleased with my order, and it was timely. Just one suggestion I think you would sell many more spoon sets if you put them in the stores that already handle so many RR products. MB

Great product, but wash carefully!

by ANNE, AZ
December 16, 2008

This spoon and ladle are wonderful and the way they sit on the edge of the pan keeps the counters clean. However, make sure to hand wash them or put them on the top rack of the dishwasher, as I have already bent one of the handles by putting it in the bottom utensil holder in mine. Other than that minor detail, this set is easy to use, functional and the color is great too!

The items were definately heavier than I had expected. Makes it a little hard to use. They also don't sit on the pot as well as I thought they would, they tip over and end up sitting on top of my food the whole time it is cooking.

Lazy Ladle

by JoAnn, RI
April 14, 2009

I like the ladle and the fact that it can hang on the side of the pan. What I don't like is the weight of the ladle. It is a little to heavy for my arthritic hand and wrist. Thank-you very much.

Not just a gimmic!

by Amy, MO
June 12, 2009

We saw these on the Rachel Ray show and figured this could be useful if they really worked. They actually do! Now some pots have a too thin outer rim and this product won't work... I am not sure you know ahead of time if your pot will support this product but our calphalon pots and the circulon wok were thick enough to use it. We really like it since we don't make a mess on the stove or in spoon rests anymore.

My dad saw my lazy set and thought they were great. That is what he is getting for Father's Day.

I love these because I don't have the mess on the stove or on a spoon rest that I need to wash. It cuts on time wasted and that means a lot for me.

Lazy Spoon and Ladle Set by Rachel Ray review

by Susan, OR
January 2, 2009

This product is really great! I started testing both spoons on lots of thing as soon as we washed them. They fit all of our pans perfect with no rocking. Sturdy but not too heavy for arithitic hands and the ladle shape is absolutely the best. With it's elongated shape versus round, its twice as easy to pour from without the handle getting in the way. Wish I would have purchased these items quite a while ago! The material that they are made of makes for absolutely no-slip regardless of what's on your hands which is a plus in any kitchen. These would make great gifts any time of year.

ireally like the versatility of the spoon & ladle ... i would hope that they sell the spoon separate from the ladle in the future because i would purchase more of the spoons.

Love these! the only downfall is that they don't fit on the Rachael Ray 8 quart oval pot! The only other thing is that they are easier to use if you are right handed. Great item overall though!

Love the items, just wish they fit on any style rim of pots or pans. I have some pots with a double rim and they don't fit well.

Surprising

I was surprised at the weight of these, but I really like them. They are not heavy, but nicely not flimsy. Great that I won't be scratching my pans or getting a mess on my counter.

lazy spoon and ladle set

by Mary, NC

It is great not to hunt the spoon and ladle when cooking or having to wash it because it was laid down on a surface not perfectly clean
