I love eggs. So does the author of this book. Great reading for the egg lover. I learned much about eggs that I did not know. I'm gonna get a chicken.

This book is absolutely wonderful. It has the answers to every question I've ever asked about eggs.......for example...... can you freeze the whites or not; how long can you keep yolks or whites in the fridge once they are separated, etc. It also has the most wonderful and unusual recipes I can't wait to try.
