Great knife

I needed a new electric knife and looked at many. I decided on the Cuisinart for the price, the two different blades it came with, and the Cuisinart name. I was not disappointed. Both blades perform beautifully and I love the storage tray.

Electric Knife

I needed a new one, my old one just wasn't cutting it. The storage for the knife, blades and cord were an added plus. This knife is perfect for slicing turkey, beef ham. My daughter used it for slicing bread. She liked it so much she ordered one. I also like the ergonomic handle. I have arthritis in my hands.

the knife works fine and the holder is a good idea but there should be some provision made for storing the cord.

Husband LOVES this!

I purchased this for my husband, who has been talking about an electric knife for months. He has used it numerous times since Christmas (even last night), and swears by it. He likes the two different knife attachments (meat and bread), and even keeps it clean and sharpened. Definitely a keeper.

Great Knife, great value

We have had several electric knives over several years. The last one was a cordless one and never again. It always seemed to need charging when we wanted to use it and the handle was not friendly. The Electric Knife by Cusinart has been the best solution to our carving nees.

Easy to use

I had never used an electric knife before. It was very easy to handle and made carving serving portions the same size very easy. When it came time for cutting off meat for leftovers (which I normally hate to do) it was a breeze.

Sharp and Sharp...

My husband is delighted with his brand new electric knife. He is thrilled with the fast and efficient results he gets with it.

This is the 1st electric knife we have owned. We have borrowed ones in the past, and this is the best one we have used. It has a very clean cut, easy to use and to take apart for cleaning. Also like the storage part of it.

I bought the knife to slice country ham. It did a good job. I had tried cheaper brands, but they would not cut the meat. I will use this knife a lot.

I was tired of trying to carve roasted meats and turkeys the manual way - the slices never seemed to come out right. This electric knife does a wonderful job - and is very handsome in its wood storage block. It also comes with two blades to take care of all the cutting tasks you may have.

I also appreciate the safety lock on the unit. Overall, a very nice product, maybe overkill if all you need is a simple carving tool without the storage block and extra blade.

Nice with two blades, however the blades are a little too bendable. Works well and is a good value for the money

Excellent cutting edge. Ease of use. Makes quick work of a turkey, goose or roast. Good buy from an excellent company. The two different blades are a real plus.

Makes all the rest look like second fiddle. Easy to use, clean and store. Attractive functional design that looks nice on the kitchen island.

Amazing...

This is one of the best kitchen purchases I have ever made. It worked brilliantly on my Turkey, cutting close to the bone and really getting all the meat off. I highly recommend!

Worked really well, and I love the stand. Was a little pricy, but hopfully will last a while. It is cuisinart.
