This cookbook is absolutely wonderful for the pre-teen to teenage cook-in-the-making. And, the mini geography/history lessons about each dish were fantastic. Well done, Emeril!11 of 15 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
Awesome! Great way to spend family time!
My son came home from the school library with "There's a Chef in My family" and we loved it! So it has become a tradition for him to get me these books. Emeril is an awesome chef, no doubt about it. Some of the recipies in the book are a little too advanced for the beginning chef, both in terms of difficulty level and palate.5 of 13 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
