So it has become a tradition for him to get me these books. Not only do we spend time in the kitchen together with a very family friendly book, but the recipes are wonderful! Emeril has great recipes and with the easy to follow, child-friendly book series, we can all be chefs! Thanks, an absolutley wonderful book!

My neice and my daughter are budding cooks and will enjoy the recipes from all over the globe. There is alot of extra information about different cultures as well. Great learning tool.
