It is a great grill and so easy to clean. In fact the flavor I am getting grilling steaks is every bit as good as grilling outdoors on my gas grill. Living in the Northest grilling outside is not something I enjoy doing in the winter. This has been a more than adaquate answer to those experiences. I can't wait to try more meats and fish because I expect the same outstanding results. I even used it with a lid on top to warm-up a leftover piece of pizza and it was like it just came out of the pizza oven. Thanks Emeril!
