This is a very handy gadget and very useful. You can't find them in the stores for some reason, but were easy to find on the web.

What a great idea. I slip this over my butter and my dish stays stays clean. No more digging into the butter and making it look bad. Great for people like me who are neat freaks. Also great and easy for baking when you only need a tbsp of buttter for a recipe.

Great little toy.I use it all the time for breaking up butter to cream for cookies and such.Like the fack that it is stainless steel and goes right into the dishwasher, had one before that was not stainless.

The steel wires does not cut the butter all the way through. You will need to push the rest of the butter with knife to release the butter.

I use this when baking or cooking and the recipe calls for a certain number of tablespoons of butter. This does the trick right on target. It also makes portion control a much easier task on toast, baked potatoes, veggies, etc. Great product!
