The only thing I'd like to see changed about Giada's cookbooks is the absence of pictures for every entree. If I go to the FoodNetwork website for Giada's recepies, I can get a picture to go along with each recipe I print and this does probe to be helpful.

Recipes are very easy and simple to follow and make. The pasta sauces from scratch are fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for. I love watching Giada cook on TV wasn't disappointed.

They are all very simply written and the techniques are easy to follow. We especially love the Panzanella Salad and the pasta sauces. The Cornmeal Cake is great too. I use this cookbook more than any other in my collection!

She called me from Texas and she was absolutely ecstatic about it. She said she's already cooked two recipes within the two weeks from the time she received it. She said the recipes are almost exactly like the food we ate at restaurants while we were in Italy and ... they're so easy to make! She said I absolutely had to order the same cookbook for myself, which I plan to do right now.
