I am looking for a comparison of the new electric pressure cookers. This is an excellent pressure cooking cookbook. Their information is very helpful, but I need something more thorough. They do have a list of manufacturers, which is a great help for research. Thank you.

I think to many cookbooks focus on recipes that the normal every day family cook will never try. This one actually has quite a few compared to a lot of the pressure cooker books out there. I wish it had more, but it's got quite a few, so I'm good with it. Can't wait to try the short ribs....yummy!
