heat transfer evenly and the hadles are great, you dont have to reach so far into the to grab them.

I love my new Casseroval. It's great for cooking, looks beautiful for serving, and serves very well for putting leftovers in the refrigerator. It even cleans up easily. I couldn't be more pleased.
