I made gumbo, a dish I've made MANY times. Perhaps it was just my imagination, but I really think it was easier than usual to do, and it tasted better!! I've wanted one of these roasters for such a long time, but just hated to spend that much money. Now I'm not sorry in the least that I did

These ovens heat and cook evenly, no scorching. Be aware that the ovens are heavy, even when they are empty. But that is the only downside. Food cooks beautifully, and you can brown, braise, and roast all in the same pan. Th pans can be usd on he cook top and in the oven. You'll love their versatility.
