I've used Pyrex for baking for years and been happy enough with the results, but the glass gets cloudy over time. I've enjoyed Le Creuset dutch ovens and roasters for forty years, and decided to try the baking dishes. Results have been good, the baking dishes look great on the table, and clean-up is easy.
