Bali mills are made entirely of acrylic, and feature sleek lines and a uniquely attractive aesthetic. The colour on the mill's base is created via a double-injection process: the colored underlay is formed, then the clear acrylic is injected overtop. This mill is equipped with Peugeot’s legendary pepper grinding mechanism. Made of case-hardened steel, its double-row of helix-shaped claws grab and crack each peppercorn before drawing it down to the teeth for the perfect grind. It features a Classic grind adjustment: turn the top knob tighter (clockwise) for finer grinds; looser (counter-clockwise) for coarser grinds.
