This book has delicious recipes, that are very easy to prepare. This was my first try at Morrocan cooking and I enjoyed preparing the dishes. The stews are delicious and the vegetables were very good, as were the salads. The history was very interesting and I found the pictures very nice. I feel I learned a lot from this book.
I would recommend this Cook Book to anyone looking for new delicious recipes to serve to their family and friends.
