I love french fries

My family loves french fries and with this cutter it makes it so easy to make them for an afternoon or evening meal.My hubby and i looked all over for a french fry cutter and could not find one that compares to this one. It takes a lot of potatoes for a family of six and this just whipped right through those potatoes in no time.My granddaughter kept begging to let her do it but my daughter in law was having so much fun with it that she wouldn't let her.We had those potatoes cut up and fried in no time.It has two settings for large fries or the smaller fries.It is well built and i have only had it for a short time but it feels like it will last .Great item for the price.I am going to get my son one as he does a lot of the cooking in his family and they all love french fries.So if you love french fries this is worth the money and it will save you money and time.It is a lot more healthier too as your fries will be fresh.

I was prepared for stamped metal and plastic -- which *is* what you get -- but I was surprised by how well it worked and that it's still going strong a few weeks later.
Positives: two different cutting sizes; both are easy to swap and both work well. Rubber suction plate kept the whole thing rock steady on a countertop.
Negatives: fits small to medium potatoes. Anything else has to get cut down.

My family loves french fries and I had grown tired of hand cutting them... this saves a lot of time in the kitchen! The only negative thing I can say about it is that I did not buy it sooner! As another review states only does small and medium fries. Well built for the cost.

This fry cutter worked very well. The suction the holder created held very firmly to my tile counter top. The potatoes we had were a little big so we had to slice them into quarters but even then what would have taken at least 20 minutes Only took 5.
