I love this garlic press, it makes it so easy to get fresh pressed garlic. My only complaint is if you don't get the garlic in there just right it's kind of a pain to get the press part into the hole. Sometimes it's a little tough to get the peel off the press but I love it overall.

I was cooking at my sister's house the other day and had to use her garlic press. It looked like a good sturdy one, but all it did was mash the garlic. Very little pulp went through the holes. I told her she had to get a Calphalon Garlic Press like mine because it is superior to all others. Then I went home, got online and ordered one for her birthday. I was right -- she loves it! PS I really don't see how this tool PEELS the garlic. I peel it first with a knife.

It is too hard to clean. The press part works great, but I have to use a paring knife to clean in between the prongs.
