I can't say enough about this glass bowl with lid. Not only is it spectacular that I got it on sale, but it has made for the greatest addition to my Kitchen Aid stand mixer since I got the mixer last Christmas! It's spacious, easy to handle, has measurements on the sides, and the lid makes storing in the fridge super convenient. Since I have the K45 model, and it is a bit smaller than some of the other models, this new bowl actually seems to help in the mixing process, especially with my bread and pizza dough. It adds just enough room to allow the dough hook to mix better. Love, love, love...highly recommend!

I was so happy to see this bowl-it is perfect! I wanted a larger bowl than what came with my machine--and I prefer glass over metal…so a win-win for me!

I wanted a glass bowl badly and this one came on sale. When I got it, I realized it was 5 quart and my mixer is 4.5 but works just fine. What more can I say, it's a bowl and it does exactly what a bowl should do!

This bowl is heavy and it is breakable. I bought this one because the pour spout on my original bowl chipped. It's pretty handy having two bowls now. The plastic cover keeps refrigerated cookie dough moist and fresh.
